Stuck in San Diego

Well, guess what... Because of storms in Dallas, TX, we were unable to fly away today and even with lots of begging and pleading on our knees, we couldn't get a flight back home until tomorrow. So, we're spending another night in San Diego. Now here's the good news - it was SUNNY AND WARM TODAY!!!!

I did yoga sun salutes and Em climbed a light pole in gratitude (outside the airport in a scrubby little esplanade that we found before we knew the bad cancelled flight news). We stayed at the Marriot in Old Town and were able to wander the streets and eat at a fabulous authentic Mexican restaurant (note that a picture of the Mariachi singers will be posted tomorrow when I can get it uploaded - as well as a photo of the oldest school house in San Diego, which is still 36 years younger than our dear Sweet Hollow and various others mostly of flora that we've been fascinated with while here).

It's been a frustrating day, but not without its high points. God in always in there somewhere :), even when we don't really see it...
